Abstract

Two years of implementing online and offline learning, various problems were found, ranging from learning that was less effective and enjoyable to the use of learning media that was less attractive and limited facilities and infrastructure owned by schools and students. This research is a qualitative research type of case study (Best Practice) at SMKN 2 Pamekasan, East Java by implementing learning innovations using the latest and adaptive technology for students which aims to overcome learning problems during the covid-19 pandemic, using Flash Player media/applications, Youtube Channel, Google Classroom and Whatsapp Groups. The data analysis method used is the synthetic analysis method and the field analysis method. This study obtained student learning outcomes with an average value of 54.71/100 before the implementation of learning innovations, after implementing this learning innovation an average value of 75.88/100 was obtained. The significance value of the progress is 21.17%. From practice, before the learning innovation was carried out there were 19 students (55%) who did not meet the criteria. After implementing the learning innovation, it was found that 24 students (70%) had good abilities. The significance value of the progress is 15%.
